Το λυπημένο κράτος του αριστερού σήμερα

Τους καλέστε αριστερούς, σοσιαλιστές ή οι κομμουνιστές, σημερινά peaceniks έχουν πάει αρκετά πέρα από την ύπαρξη υποστηρικτές ειρήνης. Πάσχουν από την ηθική αποσύνθεση - στο όνομα της ειρήνης, υποστηρίζουν τους τρομοκράτες και δικτάτορες, εκείνοι που θα τους σκότωναν σε έναν δεύτερο, όπως κάνουν στους συνεργάτες στην παλαιστινιακή αρχή.
Φαίνεται μερικές φορές όπως αυτούς τους «διαμαρτυρομένους ειρήνης» ακριβώς δεν το παίρνει «». Μια μια πλευρά αυτής της μάχης, υπάρχουν ελευθερία-αγαπώντας άνθρωποι και από την άλλη πλευρά, υπάρχουν ελευθερία-μισώντας άνθρωποι. Ακριβώς δεν παίρνουν το γεγονός ότι επιτρέπονται για να διαφωνήσουν, επειδή έχουν την ελευθερία! What a concept! Islam, in Arabic, means “submission” - thus, the POINT of Islam is to submit to the teachings of Islam - there is no dissention allowed. And yes, this means that there is no freedom. Thus, by supporting terrorists and terrorist-supporting entities, they are ensuring that freedom will never take hold in those countries.Anyway, why am I going on this diatribe? Well, I just saw a disturbing set of images on Front Page Magazine from “Peace Protests” in San Francisco - one was the “Day of Emergency Protest” on June 5, 2004 and the second was a protest to “Israel in the Ballpark” festival on June 6, 2004. I’ve seen pictures like this before, but for some reason today they really bothered me. Perhaps it was the unique collection of idiots that were present. How about the Queers for Palestine:
Are these people so foolish that they don’t realize that Queers IN Palestine have no rights? Are they so foolish that they don’t realize that Queers FROM Palestine escape to Israel and live there? Are they so foolish to think that if Palestine does ever become a state, they will not be welcome to visit because they are queer? Do they realize that Israel’s queers live in freedom? If Queers for Palestine isn’t the apex of stupidity, I don’t know what is.
Let’s move on to the next group of idiots in the crowd - the do-gooder leftists, who somehow confuse Israel with Naziism and aparteid.
I don’t even want to grace these idiots with a comparison, because my ancestors were burnt in ovens and sprayed with chemicals by the Nazis. However, I want to do a quick comparison to show the moral deficiencies of ANYBODY who compares Israeli actions to Nazi actions. According to Palestine Monitor “The Voice of Civil Society” (what a joke - to them, civil society includes those plotting to commit mass murder!), 3020 Palestinian have been killed by Israeli forces (according to Palestine Monitor, they’re Shuhada - Martyrs), between September 28, 2000 and May 5, 2004 - 1315 days. So, quick calculations show me that just under 2.3 Palestinians have been killed every day since the beginning of the Palestinian-initiated intifada. According to the same organization, only 6.6% of those killed were females, a highly suspicious percentage for people claiming Israel is the aggressor. In this time (according to the IDF and Italian Friends of Israel Association, approximately 964 Israelis have been killed, which works out to about 0.73 Israelis being killed a day. Incidentally, about 25% of Israelis killed are women, and thus more Israeli women have been killed than Palestinian women.
Now, as sick as this is, I’ll compare the Israeli actions to those of the Nazis. The first mass killings of Jews began in 1940 and the camps were liberated in the first third of 1945 - between January 1, 1940 and April 30, 1945, 1946 days elapsed. Dividing the six million Jews that perished in the Holocaust, we get 3083 Jews killed everyday (not to mention Gypsies and gays, which are in addition to these numbers). That is OVER 1000 times as many Jews killed every day, compared to the number of Palestinians killed every day. Are the actions of Israel comparable to those of Nazis. Not even close. Many of the Israeli killings of Palestinians are accidental or are targetted towards terrorists, many of whom are armed (approximately 50%, according to an amazing study done by the International Policy Institute for Counter-Terrorism. Needless to say, the Jews during the Holocaust unfortunately hardly lifted a finger to fight the Nazis, so the killings pretty much went one way - Nazis killing Jews. There perhaps a handful of reciprocal killings. The comparison between modern-day Israel and the Nazis is insulting at best and Nazi-like at worst.
Anyway, I digress. Along with the Queers for Palestine and the do-gooder leftists, we have the psychopathic terrorist supporters, masquerading as peace protesters. Their likes are here:
Oh wait - how did that get in there? Yes, the third picture is of Howard Dean, who I consider to be a psychopath terrorist supporter. He is indicative of the state of leftism today - a sick, twisted bunch of individuals who love terror and anarchy, hate democracy and want to cause as much chaos to freedom-lovers as possible. We are living in dangerous times and people like this might be just as much danger as the terrorists they support.
The mainstream left has to realize that this is occurring and take steps to improve the situation. I can understand some sympathy towards the Palestinians, but out and out support for terrorism and bashing of the Middle East’s only democracy is going to far. The state of the today’s left is sad and is reminiscent of the right of yesteryear - racism is rampant and is getting worse. Let’s just hope it doesn’t boil over.

Great site. I’m really starting to get into it.
You know, as I work right in the heart of Union Square, NYC I am continually assaulted by insipid college students who live off of mommy and daddy, learn silly, mostly useless things, and are content to sit in judgement of people the world over. The one thing they never do is attempt to put themselves in the shoes of those they are judging.
I sometimes entertain the notion of actually walking up to a group of them and striking up a conversation in the vain hope of liberating their enfeebled minds but then I stop myself and realize that I would have more success if I just lowered my head and charged full speed at the nearest brick wall.
At least that they the pain would be instant and death would be quick.
