Egyptian State TV Advises Boycotting Starbucks

25 April 2009

This is a ridiculous video shown on Egyption state TV, advising Egyptians boycott Starbucks. Why? You’ll be shocked because the reasoning is so stupid. Because, the idiot claims, that the symbol of Starbucks is Queen Esther, the Jewish Queen of Persia from thousands of years ago (the Purim story happened in 423 BCE). A little research shows that this claim is a) stupid and b) wrong. The symbol actually shows a two-tailed mermaid – I’m guessing that Queen Esther wasn’t a mermaid with two tails! Here’s the video:

The point is that these idiots will stop at nothing to harm Jews and America. I hope that most Egyptians could see through this crap, but as we know from Joseph Goebells (and the Arab media has taken this to heart) – “if you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it”. This is how they’ve stolen the decency from normal, decent Arabs. It’s sad, really.
