The Mohammed Cartoons
6 February 2006In case you haven’t seen the Cartoons of Mohammed that caused outrage in the Muslim world, we have added them to our photo gallery.
I think most people would agree that while publishing them was not necessary, the reaction by the Muslim world has been extremely dispropotionate. Let’s hope this whole episode will end peacefully. However, given that some Muslims in the West are encouraging a new holocaust and a European 9/11, we have a feeling this issue is far from over.
For all those who are sceptical about the intentions of European Muslims, we believe this pictures tell it all. We hope, for the sake of our precious world, that we’re wrong.

Hi Steve and the folks at MEF,
I couldn’t agree with you more! Although the cartoons may be “in bad taste”, the newspaper has the right to publish them. The muslim/arab world must accept this. The violent reaction is totally out of proportion to the events. Especially in the light of what occurs on a daily basis in the muslim press: the anti-semitic racist anti-Israel comments and cartoons! The muslims can expect a bit of respect when they start giving some respect! Shalom, Eric Kirsch
