As if the United Nations wasn’t corrupt enough, they’ve taken another step in the wrong direction - giving a seat on the UN Human Rights Council to Saeed Mortazavi, an individual who is an accused participant of murder and rape (in the case of Canadian-Iranian journalist Zahra Kazemi), who has closed down over 100 anti-regime newspapers, who jailed students leading pro-democracy demonstrations in Tehran in 1999 and clearing the security officials accused of torturing them.
