I looked at your page with interest and read most of the data that you have supplied. I am very interested and fully abreast of the middle east issues since it is a subject that effects every civilized person on the planet (or at least it should do) I would like to further add that I am neither Jew or Muslim so therefore I am biast to neither religion.

You don't have to be a Muslim or Jew to be biased.

Because of this I would like to offer my own "un-biast" views of the tragedy that has been unfolding in the area for years. It seems that you are looking at the problem from your religious point of view and that in itself will cloud your conception of the problem. This is not a religious problem, but a problem between two peoples who are fighting for one piece of land.

Of course it's a religious battle.  Jew are there because the land was given to them by G-d.  If G-d didn't give the Jews the land, they wouldn't be there.  As for the Palestinian side, do a search for Dar-al-Islam.  Muslims don't care about numbers of adherents - they care about land that is under Sharia law.  It kills them that Israel isn't under Sharia law.  And you're a fool if you don't think this is a religious battle.

Are we not all God's children, whether we are Muslim, Jew, Christian, Buddist or Hindu? I think we are. So, pushing religion to one side and looking at the root of the problem, historically the Arabs were in Palistine long before the Jews (regardless of the Jews nationality).

Actually, there has always been a Jewish presence in the land that is now Israel.  The reason why they weren't there before is because they were forcibly kicked out - twice.

The first influx of nationals who were Jewish came from Russia at the end of the 1800's.  Actually the time period was between 1880 to the end of the 1890's. Many of these people stopped in Austria, thus the large Jewish presence became evident there.

First influx, but there were Jews there before.  Why don't you see what historians like Mark Twain had to say about "Palestine" in the mid 1800's - he described it as "“ ...[a] desolate country whose soil is rich enough, but is given over wholly to weeds-a silent mournful expanse....A desolation is here that not even imagination can grace with the pomp of life and action....We never saw a human being on the whole route....There was hardly a tree or a shrub anywhere. Even the olive and the cactus, those fast friends of the worthless soil, had almost deserted the country.” [Innocents Abroad, http://www.shechem.org/machon/mtwain/]

Nazi Germany caused more Jewish Germans and other nationalities to move to the area, but still the majority of people in the area were Arabs.

Again, the land was largely uninhabited.  And many of the Arabs that did move to the area were attracted by the business possibilities of the large Jewish presence.  It's documented in history books - do some reading.

As we are all aware the multinational conglomerate of individuals who had moved to Palistine and were of the Jewish faith demanded their own state. Israel was born, and it was born at the expense of the Palastinians, since lands that belonged to Palistine were now given the new name of Israel.

The Palestinians never had a land there, and I repeat, most of the land was barren.  Most of today's "Palestinians" are Lebanese, Syrians, Jordanians, Iraqis and Egyptians.

As a state, not as Jewish people, Israel has expanded its boarders and are continueing to do so with any method at their disposal, this encroachment on a land where large areas have already been taken from the Palistinians can only cause violence where diplomatic endevours have failed.

So, you're blaming the expansion of Israel on the Jews?  Considering the Arabs attacked first, wouldn't you think it was their responsibility to secure the land?  They lost the war and therefore they should suffer the consequences.  Just like the current war, the Palestinians began it - therefore they have no right to complain about the consequences.

Violence unfortunately begets violence and this fuels hatred amoung the people.

So does propaganda.

To stop the problem would be for Israel to return the lands thay have "stolen" from the Palistinians since Israel was born and let the government of Israel look at Israel and not their neighbors land.

What do you define as "Palestinian" land?  West Bank?  Gaza?  Or all of Israel proper?

Historically, and more than likely morally, Israel is wrong and the Palistinians will fight for what is theirs.

Apparently you don't know your history too well.

hey...well i read ur stuff over here...i wanna make couple of comment... first off..i have studyed alot about this subject...and i mean ALOT.

You must have studied a whole two or three hours.

i am an american so iv heard alot about this through people who are not palestinian nor israli...

So, what's the point?

now first off...for the 20 truths... as you quote on the homepage...keep telling the lie and soonor or later theyll belive you...well the world belived you are you happy?

Again, there are no lies on this homepage.  If you find something that you think is a lie, point it out to me, show me proof that it is untrue (good, reliable proof).  What did the world believe us about?  That we had a right to live?  Gee, thanks.

Israel did not live in that land first it was the arabs. jewish people used to live there too but it was mostly made up of Arabs...thats why it was called Palestin.

Wow, you really are ignorant.  The land was named Palestine by the Romans.  The Philistines were an ancient tribe, unrelated to the Arabs, the descendents of Ishmael.

now the jews came in when the Nazi thing was going on, England was occuping palestin when that was going on and they alowed the jews to come in the land...

Actually, Britain made it quite hard for Jews to enter.

sooner or later both the palestinans and the jews got into a conflict..(jews and arabs have always been in fights since islam was istablished) and sooner or later jews took over the land!...

That's quite the simplification of history.  Do you happen to remember who began the 1948 war, the 1956 war, the 1967 war and the 1973 war?  It is widely accepted that the Arabs began those wars.

know about the muslims pray with there backs toward juruslim...this is not true at all!!! muslims used to pry toward juruslim long ago and even the prophet was prying toward it...then he got a message from god saying to pry toward the kaba so he goes to the medina and does so...then the jews wonder why would he do this. then he got a message saying that he should pry toward kaba from now on because he does not want us muslims to pry toward the same thing as the jews...

So the end result is that many Muslims, between Israel and Saudi Arabia pray with their backs to Jerusalem.  The idea is that they don't face it when they pray - Jews do.  Oh, and the idea of facing a certain site when praying is a Jewish idea.

so before saying all this crap about how the arabs are liers please study ur information because i wanna know where u got it from...so far every thing i talked about is in the Koran and the Torah..also in many many history books and documentorys...so agian check ur sorce and dont make one up i would like you to respond to that message..

I can source every bit of information on this site.  I bet you can't even source information in your message here.

thank you AKA Hershey Bar

Why didn't you give me an address for me to respond to?

"Yes, brothers, with our souls and blood we redeem you, O Palestine. This is the decision of the people of exceeding strength. This is a sacred bond. We are up to this duty. You know I am saying this because I know our people. I know what it means that in the midst of this economic crisis, yet none of them complained. However, they said: Allah is great! Glory to Allah and his prophet! Jihad, jihad, jihad, jihad, jihad!"
Yasser Arafat - Palestinian 'President', Jan. 6, 2002, West Bank, to delegation of Arab leaders
